Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Заявку ТОО "Intelligent Platforms" отклонить согласно п.7.2. Правил осуществления закупок ТОО PetroRetail. Стоимость, предложенная в коммерческом предложении превышает бюджет для осуществления закупа.
2. Повторный закуп услуг по техническому сопровождению автоматизированной системы управления нефтебаз по лоту № П/67 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок на участие не осталось коммерческих предложений по закупу).
3. В соответствии с пунктом 12.9 Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закуп в срок, не позднее 10 рабочих дней со дня подписания настоящего Протокола.
