Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Услуга предоставляется по круглосуточному графику, включая праздничные и выходные дни;
- Транспортировка персонала до места оказания услуги и обратно (50 км от города) производится за счет Подрядчика;
- Сезонная спецодежда и обувь, питание на объекте, средства защиты приобретаются за счет Подрядчика;
- Протоколы с результатами замеров должны быть предоставлены в течении часа после каждого замера;
- Привлечение дополнительного персонала – водителя, специалиста по оформлению Протоколов и других не влияет на стоимость услуги в сторону увеличения.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
