11.1. отказаться от закупки услуг по предоставлению автотранспорта с водителем для организации служебной развозки работников по Лоту №1 – ТОО «Food town KZ» - оказание услуги по развозке работников производственно-логистического комплекса «Food Town Almaty» (Алматинская область, Илийский район, село Байсерке, ул. Сұлтан Бейбарыс, 38А) и Лоту №2 – ТОО «НУР-МАЙ ФАРМАЦИЯ» - оказание транспортной услуги по развозке работников (г. Алматы, мкр. Кемел, ул.Аксуат 104), проведенной на электронной торговой площадке «ETS-tender», ввиду превышения ценовых предложений потенциальных поставщиков предусмотренную бюджетом Компании сумму на 2023 год.
