Payment terms:Заказчик оплачивает Услуги в течение 30 (тридцать) календарных дней после подписания Сторонами акта оказанных услуг, и получения от Исполнителя надлежаще оформленных бухгалтерских документов счета-фактуры, акты выполненных работ и счета на оплату.
Delivery terms:Исполнитель предоставляет Заказчику акт выполненных работ по результатам оказания услуг. После получения от Исполнителя акта выполненных работ Заказчик обязан в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней либо принять оказанные услуги, либо заявить мотивированный отказ от приемки Услуг. Устранение замечаний осуществляется Исполнителем за свой счет в течении 3 рабочих дней с момента получения Исполнителем данного документа.

Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
