Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Закуп услуг по аренде резервуаров, хранению нефтепродуктов и оказанию маневровых работ признать несостоявшимся, согласно пунктам 12.8 и 12.15. Правил закупок (после рассмотрения и отклонения заявок участников не осталось коммерческих предложений; не предоставлялись заявки на участие в закупе).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
