Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ

1. Закуп услуг по аренде резервуаров, хранению нефтепродуктов и маневровых работ по лотам № Г/1438-1439 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок .
2. В соответствии с пунктом 12.9 Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закуп в срок, не позднее 10 рабочих дней со дня подписания настоящего Протокола.
