Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Прошу ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО в коммерческом предложении указывать стоимость за 1 час оказание услуг грузчика.
Обязательно заполнить, подписать, поставить печать на документы для подачи заявки:
1. Наличие согласие на Особые условия договора
2. Наличие согласия на Общие условия Договора
3. Форма ценового предложения- Коммерческое предложения (КП) (Заполнить Приложение к ТЗ)
4. Заполненная регистрационная анкета совместно со всеми документами в пункте 6, указанных в Анкете
5. Гарантийное письмо для ETS
6. Наличие письма о незаинтересованности
7. Подписанное Техническое задание (вложить все документы в соответствии с тех.заданием)
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
