Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension

Comments:
Согласно ТЗ (аналоги не рассматриваем на брендированные позиции) , во вложении:
1) участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности;
2) заполнить регистрационную анкету;
3) предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
На момент поставки товара, предоставить сертификат качества/соответствия или письмо об отсутствии обязательной сертификации товара.
Права выборки товара остается за покупателем.
Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении.
Поставщик должен быть ознакомлен с проектом договора АО "АК Алтыналмас", отгрузка товара производится согласно заказ- наряду.
Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
