Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Завод-изготовитель, официальный представитель завода-изготовителя. Товар должен быть новым, не б/у. Полное соответствие к техническому заданию. Участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности

3) подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4) предоставить КП с тех.описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
