Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

На первоначальном этапе предоставить документацию, подтверждающую следующие критерии:

1 . Лицензия на СМР 1 или 2 категории;
2. Численность сотрудников от 50 человек
3. Налоговые отчисления за последние 3 года не менее - 80 млн. в год
4. Опыт в строительстве подобных объектов.
5. Отсутствие судебных разбирательств в качестве ответчика
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
