Delivery terms:Заказчик вправе производить удержание в размере 10 % (десяти процентов) на срок 12 (двенадцать) месяцев от общей стоимости настоящего Договора в качестве обеспечения обязательств Подрядчика по Договору (далее – Гарантийное удержание), в том числе по устранению недостатков в период гарантийного срока. Гарантийное удержание может быть произведено из любой суммы платежа по Договору.
