Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension

Comments: Товар новый, не б/у, не ранее 2022 года выпуска, согласно ТЗ, во вложении:
1. Обязательно заполнить / подписать регистрационную анкету, Гарантийное письмо, квалификационные требования и письмо о незаинтересованности
2. Предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
На момент поставки товара предоставить сертификат качества/соответствия или письмо об отсутствии обязательной сертификации товара.
Права выборки товара остается за покупателем. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении. Проект договора АО "АК Алтыналмас". Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом.
