Стоимость должна остаться 23.07.2021неизменной на 2021г. Участники допускаются к тендеру только при условии подгрузки корректно составленного коммерческого предложения (требования к КП можно скачать в тендерной документации). Данная процедура запроса предложений не является конкурсом, тендером или аукционом, не подпадает под действие статей 910-916 Гражданского кодекса РК и не влечет за собой юридических обязательств у Организатора по выбору победителя, поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя), не является офертой, не содержит обязательства Организатора заключить договор с участником. Подведение итогов процедуры Организатор осуществляет в соответствии со своими внутренними локальными нормативными актами.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
