1. Наличие действующей лицензии;
2. Осуществление страховой деятельности в течение не менее 5 (пяти) лет. (документальное подтверждение);
3. Отсутствие фактов приостановления лицензии и ограничения действия, а также отзыва лицензий (документальное подтверждение обязательно);
4. В отношении Страховщика не ведется процедура ликвидации/банкротства; (документально подтвердить);
5. Наличие перестраховочного покрытия по «катастрофическим рискам», в перестраховочных организациях с действующим рейтингом финансовой устойчивости не ниже «А» одного из рейтинговых агентств - Moody's Investors Service (Moody's), Fitch Ratings Standard & Poor's (S&P), A.M. Best Company (документально подтвердить от перестраховщика, и страховой организации).
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
