Обоснование: Ввиду предоставления минимальной цены.
По позиции 21 победителем считать ТОО "Машхолдинг", т.к ТОО "Этус" предоставил нам не подходящий для завода аналог товара.
По позициям 11 и 12 ТОО "Этус" также предоставила не подходящий нам аналог товара.
Остальные позиции будут перевыставлены повторно в связи с отсутствием конкуренции.
