Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1. Необходимо обязательно прикрепить коммерческое предложение. (форма ЦП в приложении)

2. Обязательно заполнить / подписать регистрационную анкету, Гарантийное письмо, квалификационные требования и письмо о незаинтересованности.

3.Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывший в употреблении. Товар на момент поставки не должен состоять в аресте, а так же освобожден от третьих лиц.

4.Срок поставки не более 7 календарных дней.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Заявки без запрашиваемых документов и КП будут отклонены.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
