Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1. Необходимо обязательно прикрепить коммерческое предложение. (форма ЦП в приложении)

2. Обязательно заполнить / подписать регистрационную анкету, Гарантийное письмо, квалификационные требования и письмо о незаинтересованности.

3. При направлении аналогичного товара, обязательно прикреплять техническое описание предлагаемого товара.

4. Срок поставки 140 календарных дней.
5."Предоставление подтверждающего документа о том, что участник является завод-изготовителем либо официальным представителем завода изготовителя закупаемого товара с обязательным подтверждением статуса:
• для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара, сертификат соответствия либо другой документ подтверждающий статус производителя;
• для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера;
• для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем.

В случае отсутствия документа на языках проводимого конкурса, необходимо предоставить нотариально засвидетельствованный перевод такого документа"
