Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Требования к поставщику
1. Наличие сервисных центров и фонда запасных частей на территории Республики Казахстан.
2. Недопустимо оборудование, неоригинальное, бывшее в употреблении, восстановленное, переработанное или каким-либо образом модифицированное.
3. Доставка оборудования до складов заказчика проводится за счет Поставщика.
4. Срок поставки оборудования не более 14 календарных дней с момента подписания договора.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
