Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Comments:
1) Участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности
2) Заполнить регистрационную анкету
3) Подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4) Предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки

Потенциальный участник должен быть заводом/изготовителем или официальным представителем закупаемого товара, бренда. квалификация подтверждается:

1. Для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара;

2. Для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера;

3. Для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем или с торговой сетью/компанией завода изготовителя/производителя.

Товар должен быть новым (не ранее 2021 года), не бывшим в употреблении. Допускается толеранс по количеству товара в объеме +/-10%.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
