Потенциальный участник должен быть заводом/изготовителем или дилером/дистрибьютером/ партнером завода изготовителя/производителя или торговой сети/компании завода изготовителя/производителя закупаемого товара. Квалификация подтверждается: 1. Для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара; 2. Для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера; 3. Для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем или с торговой сетью/компанией завода изготовителя/производителя.Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым (не ранее 2022 года), С поставленным товаром должны быть приложены документы, подтверждающие качество товара (сертификаты, паспорта). Строго по заказу на отгрузку без право выборки товара, права так же остается за заказчиком. Проект договора АО «АК Алтыналмас». Допускается толлеранс по количеству товара в объеме +/-10% по каждой позиции Товара. |
