Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем повторных закупок «Работы по замене комплекта брусьев под стрелочным переводом на нефтебазе», по лоту № PFS/8-1 ТОО "МЫРЗА ТЕМІР ЖОЛЫ 2016".
5.2. Департаменту технической поддержки в срок не позднее 20 (двадцать) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупках «Работы по замене комплекта брусьев под стрелочным переводом на нефтебазе» с ТОО "МЫРЗА ТЕМІР ЖОЛЫ 2016", на общую сумму 2 800 000,00тенге без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению.
