1. Закуп работ по перепланировке офисного здания
под помещение испытательной лаборатории по лоту №
PFS-44 признать несостоявшимся, согласно пункту
12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок по
п.7.2. Правил закупок (стоимость услуг, указанная
в предложенном коммерческом предложении превышает
стоимость, предусмотренную бюджетом для
осуществления закупа) осталось менее двух ценовых
предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктом 12.9 Правил закупок,
Товарищество вправе повторно провести закуп в
срок, не позднее 10 рабочих дней со дня подписания
настоящего Протокола.
