Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Подача потенциальным поставщиком Заявки на участие в закупке является формой выражения согласия потенциального поставщика осуществить поставку в соответствии с требованиями и условиями, установленными в Объявлении.

Потенциальные поставщики подают ценовые предложения за ремонт 1 единицы в указанных лотах.

Стоимость деповского и капитального ремонта должна включать сменяемость всех расходных материалов, узлов и деталей вагонов за исключением 8 позиции: колесных пар, боковых рам, надрессорных балок, поглощающих аппаратов, тяговых хомутов, автосцепок, крышек люка полувагонов и стояночных тормозов.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
Капитальный ремонт вагонов-цистерн::Капитальный ремонт грузовых вагонов-цистерн должен производится согласно руководящего документа «Руководство по капитальному ремонту грузовых вагонов» утверждено Советом по железнодорожному транспорту государств-участников Содружества, протокол № 54 от «18-19» мая 2011г.
