Подача потенциальным поставщиком Заявки на участие в закупке является формой выражения согласия потенциального поставщика осуществить поставку в соответствии с требованиями и условиями, установленными в Объявлении.

Потенциальные поставщики подают ценовые предложения за ремонт 1 единицы в указанных лотах.

Стоимость деповского и капитального ремонта должна включать сменяемость всех расходных материалов, узлов и деталей вагонов за исключением 8 позиции: колесных пар, боковых рам, надрессорных балок, поглощающих аппаратов, тяговых хомутов, автосцепок, крышек люка полувагонов и стояночных тормозов.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
Деповской ремонт вагонов – фитинговых платформ::Деповской ремонт грузовых вагонов должен производится согласно руководящего документа «ГРУЗОВЫЕ ВАГОНЫ ЖЕЛЕЗНЫХ ДОРОГ КОЛЕИ 1520мм РУКОВОДСТВО ПО ДЕПОВСКОМУ РЕМОНТУ» РД 32 ЦВ 587-2008 Утверждено пятьдесят четвертым Советом по железнодорожному транспорту государств-участников Содружества (протокол от 18-19 мая 2011 г. № 54).
