Проведение производственного контроля по вредным условиям труда, согласно программе производственного контроля: Мониторинг состояния шума на рабочих местах , Мониторинг состояния освещения, Мониторинг состояние шума вибраций рабочих мест, Мониторинг вредных веществ в воздухе рабочей зоны, Мониторинг и полный химический и бактериологический анализ питьевой воды и т. д. В цену услуг проведения производственного контроля входит: 1.Осуществление (организация) лабораторных исследований и замеров; 2.Подготовка отчетов в Гос.органы. Производственный контроль будет проводиться на объект в г. Актобе. Услуги необходимо проводить один раз по программе производственного контроля, с выездом на вышеуказанные участки. Возможно предоставлять КП по ЧАСТИ позиций.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
