Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Согласно ТЗ, во вложении.
Для участия в аукционе предоставить:
1) участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности;
2) заполнить регистрационную анкету;
3) предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
4) На момент поставки предоставить сертификат соответствия или отказное письмо (в случае, если товар не входит в перечень продукции и услуг, подлежащих обязательной сертификации).
Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении. Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом. Права выборки товара остается за покупателем.
Поставщик должен быть ознакомлен с проектом договора АО "АК Алтыналмас"
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
