Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:постоплата 93 календарных дня начиная с первого числа следующего месяца в котором были оказаны услуги; либо предложить альтернативные условия оплаты.
Delivery terms:Услуги осуществляются на территории Заказчика

Comments:
1) Заказчик работает только по своей типовой форме договора и приложения BOTOS (шаблоны приложены к тендерной документации).
2) Заполненная и подписанная Анкета контрагента подается вместе с коммерческим предложением в сканированном варианте.
3) Заполненный опросник подается в эксель варианте
4) Обратить особое внимание к пунктам по квалификационным требованиям и БОТОС
5) Необходимо посетить завод для оценки работ
6) Необходимы аттестаты (вся информация отражена в техническом задании
7) Будет заключаться годовой договор на 1 год
8) При подаче предложения прошу расписать стоимость за предоставляемые услуги за 1 месяц

Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
