Обоснование: * В случае допуска к итоговой оценке поставщика с отметкой "соответствует (при устранении замечаний)", победителю закупки необходимо устранить все замечания и предоставить исправленные образцы в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с даты утверждения настоящего протокола итогов.

РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем повторного закупа зимней спецобуви на 2025 год по лоту Г/455 – ТОО "AFM consulting".
2. Департаменту охраны труда и окружающей среды, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокол, заключить договор с ТОО "AFM consulting" на общую сумму в размере ‭13 662 000‬ тенге без НДС.‬ ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
