Обоснование: 4. Решение комиссии:
4.1. Повторный закуп услуг по ремонту испытательного оборудования и приборов лабораторий в гг. Астана, Алматы, Атырау по лотам № П/244, П/245, П/246 признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.15 Правил закупок (предоставлено менее двух ценовых предложений).
4.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
