5.1. Признать победителем повторного закупа «Услуги по баннерному ребрендингу АЗС № E-431», по лоту № П/44 - ИП «Галиев Равиль Абдулвалиевич».
5.2. Департаменту маркетинга и стратегического развития, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола заключить договор с ИП «Галиев Равиль Абдулвалиевич» на общую сумму 4 700 000 тенге без учета НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение цены.
