Обоснование: 5. Решение комиссии:
5.1. Признать победителем повторных закупок товаров «Жилого вагончика для нефтебазы в г. Алматы», по лотам № PFS/29-Т, PFS/30-Т - ИП «ALL ORIGINALS».
5.2. Департаменту технической поддержки в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор с ИП «ALL ORIGINALS» на общую сумму 3 730 000 тенге, без НДС, согласно коммерческому предложению, поданному в ходе торгов на понижение.
