Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ
1. Повторный закуп евроконтейнеров для ТБО - 1,1 м3 по лоту PFS/21-Т признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
3. В соответствии с пунктом 12.11. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail», если повторный закуп признается несостоявшимся, Товарищество вправе провести закупки способом из одного источника среди потенциальных Поставщиков, заявки которых были признаны соответствующими в закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений и повторных закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений либо у иных потенциальных поставщиков, при условии соответствия потенциального поставщика всем требованиям, установленным при проведении закупок способом запроса ценовых предложений.
