2. Департаменту охраны труда и окружающей среды в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола, заключить договор о закупке товаров «Средства индивидуальной защиты» с ТОО "TAGroup" на общую сумму 4 191 445 (четыре миллиона сто девяносто одна тысяча четыреста сорок пять) тенге без НДС.
