Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Повторный закуп работ по капитальному ремонту административного здания нефтебазы в г.Аягоз признать не состоявшимся, согласно пункту 12.8 Правил закупок (после отклонения заявок на участие не осталось ценовых предложений).
2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9, 12.10. Правил закупок, Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
