Обоснование: 6. Решение комиссии:
6.1. Повторный закуп товара «Принтер этикеток Zebra ZD421» по лоту № PFS /44-1 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения заявок не осталось ценовых предложений).
6.2. В соответствии с пунктами 12.9., 12.10. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» Товарищество вправе повторно провести закупки способом запроса коммерческих предложений. Повторный закуп должен быть объявлен в срок не позднее 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, со дня, следующего за днем подписания настоящего протокола итогов.
6.3. В соответствии с пунктом 12.11. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail», если повторный закуп признается несостоявшимся, Товарищество вправе провести закупки способом из одного источника среди потенциальных Поставщиков, заявки которых были признаны соответствующими в закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений и повторных закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений либо у иных потенциальных поставщиков, при условии соответствия потенциального поставщика всем требованиям, установленным при проведении закупок способом запроса ценовых предложений.
