Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем повторной закупки первичных средств пожаротушения по лотам П/540, П/541, П/542, П/544 - ТОО "Огнезащитные технологии".
2. Департаменту охраны труда и окружающей среды, в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты утверждения бюджета на 2023 год, заключить договор с ТОО "Огнезащитные технологии" на общую сумму 4 538 744 тенге без НДС.
