Обоснование: 5.1. Повторный закуп товаров «Газонокосилки, триммер для скашивания травы» по лотам № PFS/127 - PFS/144 признать несостоявшимся в соответствии с пунктом 12.8. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail» (после отклонения заявок осталось менее двух коммерческих предложений).
5.2. В соответствии с пунктом 12.11. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail», если повторный закуп признается не состоявшимся, Товарищество вправе провести закупки способом из одного источника среди потенциальных Поставщиков, заявки которых были признаны соответствующими в закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений и повторных закупках способом запроса коммерческих предложений. В случае отсутствия по итогам проведенных закупок, допущенных потенциальных поставщиков либо отказом поставщика на заключения договора способом из одного источника Товарищество вправе провести закупки способом из одного источника у иных потенциальных поставщиков, при условии соответствия потенциального поставщика всем требованиям, установленным при проведении закупок способом запроса ценовых предложений.
