Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата Товара производится Покупателем в течение 45 календарных дней после предоставления Поставщиком Покупателю подписанной Сторонами накладной на отпуск запасов на сторону, счета-фактуры, документов, подтверждающих качество товара. При заключении договора возможно рассмотрение варианта оплаты на срок менее 45 календарных дней, но не менее 30 календарных дней.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется партиями с апреля 2020 года по декабрь 2020 года по заявкам Покупателя.
