Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Срок поставки оборудования не более 6 недель.
Монтаж и пусконаладочные работы – 4 недели. (в городах Астана, Караганда, Павлодар, Уральск, Шымкент, Устькаменогорск)
Гарантийный период на оборудование – 1 год с момента ввода оборудования в коммерческую эксплуатацию.
Техническая поддержка Juniper - 1 год с момента ввода нового оборудования в коммерческую эксплуатацию. (24x7)
Условия оплаты: рассрочка на 6 - 12 месяцев с момента подписания договора (2018г). начало оплаты с января 2019г.
Авторизация поставщика / интегратора от производителя.
