Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата Товара производится Покупателем в следующем порядке:
95% (девяносто пять) процентов от суммы поставляемого Товара в течение 120 (ста двадцати) календарных дней после получения Покупателем полного комплекта документов (счета-фактуры, товарная накладной на отпуск запасов на сторону, актов приема-передачи, сертификатов соответствия).
5% (пять) процентов в виде гарантийного удержания после завершения приемки по качеству и подписания акта ввода Товара в эксплуатацию в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется с момента подписания договора от 100 до 120 календарных дней (в соответствии с графиком поставки – Приложение № 2 к проекту договора).
