Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Заключение Договора в редакции ТОО «Пони Экспресс». Расчеты по настоящему Договору осуществляются в безналичной форме (100%) на основании предоставленных Поставщиком счета-фактуры и товарной накладной в течение 10-ти (десяти) банковских дней с момента поставки Товара.
Delivery terms:Адрес поставки: г. Алматы, Жетысуский район, улица Табачнозаводская, дом 20. Поставщик гарантирует своевременную поставку Товара не позднее 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после согласования заказа.
Georeferencing:ул. Табачнозаводская, дом 20.
Comments:
Общий объем закупаемого товара является ориентировочным и подлежит корректировке, но не более 15% от указанного объема по каждому наименованию в течение срока действия договора (1 год), в зависимости от фактической потребности Заказчика. Цены на товар (не зависимо от увеличения или уменьшения объема закупаемого товара) до исполнения договорных обязательств не изменяются.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
