Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. Согласно ТЗ, во вложении:
1) участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности;
2) заполнить регистрационную анкету;
3) предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
На момент поставки товара, предоставить сертификат качества/соответствия.
Права выборки товара остается за покупателем.
Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении.
Поставщик должен быть ознакомлен с проектом договора АО "АК Алтыналмас".
Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
