Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1)Заполненная Анкета комплексной надлежащей проверки;
2) Письмо о незаинтересованности(форма 1)
3) Согласовать проект договора
4)сопроводительное письмо, по форме приложения 3 к КД;
5) техническое предложение, по форме Приложения 4 к КД;
6) ценовое предложение, по форме Приложения 5 к КД;
7) форма принятия / замечаний к проекту договора, по форме Приложения 6 к КД;
8)Регистрационная анкета, заполненная и подписанная, со всеми указанными документами
12). Тех . задание с приложениями подписанные,
13) вложить сканы из ТЗ подтверждающих документов.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
