К заявке в обязательном порядке должны быть приложены:
- гарантийное письмо квалификац. требований;
- Заполненная Анкета совместно со всеми документами, указанными в Анкете;
- письмо о незаинтересованности.
- согласовать проект договора на особые условия.
- согласовать проект договора на общие условия.
- Файл «Форма ЦП» (прошу заполнить данную форму если нет своей формы)
- согласовать распределение затрат
- вложить скан. подтверждающих документов согласно Технического задания.
- подписать техническое задание.
- Анкета комплексной надлежащей проверки
- Свидетельство НДС (при наличии);
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
