Comments:
Права выборки товара остается за покупателем. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не бывшим в употреблении, не ранее 2020г.в. (согласно ТЗ). Проект договора АО "АК Алтыналмас", ТОО «Алтыналмас Technology. Товар должен быть свободен от прав третьих лиц, не состоять в споре, под арестом.
Участникам необходимо подписать следующие документы:
1. Письмо о незаинтересованности
2. Заполнить регистрационную анкету
3. Подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4. Предоставить КП с тех.описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
- Приложить: -сертификат соответствия или отказное письмо (в случае, если товар не входит в перечень продукции и услуг, подлежащих обязательной сертификации) – для товаров иностранного производства |
