Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Потенциальный участник должен быть заводом-изготовителем или дилером/дистрибьютером/ партнером завода изготовителя/производителя или партнером торговой сети/компании завода изготовителя/производителя (в случаях, когда завод реализует свою продукцию через свои торговые сети/компании). квалификация подтверждается: 1. Для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара; 2. Для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера; 3. Для партнеров завода изготовителя/производителя или его официальных торговых представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем или с торговой сетью/компанией завода изготовителя/производителя. Товар на момент поставки должен быть новым, не ранее 2022г.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
