Обоснование: РЕШЕНИЕ КОМИССИИ:
1. Признать победителем повторной закупки услуг по мониторингу грунтовых вод на АЗС и нефтебазах по подлотам Г/1074-3, Г/1074-4 – ТОО «Экологический центр проектирования».
2. Департаменту охраны труда и окружающей среды в срок не позднее 20 (двадцати) календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего протокола (пункт 13.1. Правил осуществления закупок ТРУ ТОО «PetroRetail») заключить договор о закупке услуг по мониторингу грунтовых вод на АЗС и нефтебазах с ТОО «Экологический центр проектирования» на сумму 5 290 400 (пять миллионов двести девяносто тысяч четыреста) тенге без учета НДС.
