Товар должен быть новым, не б/у. Предоставить сертификат соответствия/качества. Полное соответствие к техническому заданию (гост). Участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности

4) предоставить КП с тех.описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки.
