Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1. Необходимо обязательно прикрепить коммерческое предложение. Материал должен соответствовать ТЗ.

2. Обязательно заполнить / подписать регистрационную анкету, письмо о незаинтересованности.

3. Приложить сертификаты дилерства/завода изготовителя.

4. Потенциальный участник должен быть заводом/изготовителем или официальным представителем закупаемого товара, бренда. квалификация подтверждается:
1. Для завода изготовителя/ производителя - сертификат происхождения товара;
2. Для дилеров /дистрибьютеров - сертификат дилера/дистрибьютера;
3. Для официальных представителей - договор или письмо, подтверждающее взаимоотношение с заводом изготовителем/производителем или с торговой сетью/компанией завода изготовителя/производителя.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Заявки без запрашиваемых документов и КП будут отклонены.
