Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

1) Участникам необходимо подписать письмо о незаинтересованности
2) Заполнить регистрационную анкету
3) Подписать гарантийное письмо о соответствии к квалификационным требованиям
4) Предоставить КП с тех. описанием товара и указанием сроков поставки

Завод изготовитель/эксклюзивный дистрибьютор/ официальный дилер/представитель/партнер (предоставить подтверждающие документы). Товар должен быть новым (не ранее 2022 года), не бывшим в употреблении. Гарантийный срок не менее 36 месяцев с момента поставки товара.
Место проведения процедуры:Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме, предложения участников подаются только через функционал ЭТП ETS-Tender.
